For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At ELECSOFT S.L. We process contact information for the following purposes, depending on the reason for which it was provided:

1. Manage data provided directly by the data subject as a contact person for the client, supplier, or partner to manage business relationships, which includes informing them about our products and services, responding to their requests, inquiries, or queries, and conducting follow-up.
2. Manage the data provided by the client, supplier, or partner when establishing pre-contractual measures or a contract with our company at the organizational, accounting, tax, and administrative levels.
3. Regarding candidates for positions at ELECSOFT S.L. Manage the relationship with them, including keeping them informed of various vacancies that arise in our organization.

How long will we retain your data?

• For data relating to contact persons of the client, supplier, or partner, we will retain the personal data recorded in our contact database for the periods stipulated by tax legislation regarding the statute of limitations for liability.
  From that moment on, two years after the last contact, the contact will be classified as inactive. After one year of inactivity, the contact’s personal information will be deleted.
• For data relating to candidates for ELECSOFT positions, they will be retained until a position is awarded or until the right of erasure is exercised.

What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

• The legal basis for processing your data for purposes 1 to 2 is the satisfaction of the legitimate business interest of being able to interact with professionals in our stakeholders to carry out our marketing, design, and development of IT solutions. This legitimate interest is recognized by applicable law (General Data Protection Regulation).

Furthermore, processing for Purpose 2 is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (offers) to which the data subject is a party (as a contact person of the customer, supplier, or partner). This is an additional legal basis for the processing of such personal data.

• The basis for sending communications to job candidates is that this processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures (selection process) in which the data subject is a party.
