“CETEST Testing and Analysis Center has been working with Visual Factory Calibre software since before 2010. Until 2023, it was using version 5.6 of the software, but from that moment on, it upgraded to version 7.6, increasing the number of licenses available to allow multiple users to work in parallel on the database. Currently, it uses version 25, which is the latest available.
During the update and migration to the new database, ELECSOFT provided fast and efficient support, making the migration quick and without limiting daily work. CETEST has the database connected to a web application for equipment management, and ELECSOFT updated the database to maintain this functionality, which is key to CETEST’s operations.
During the migration, ELECSOFT’s support and assistance in updating calibration certificates to the new version was excellent.
CETEST uses Visual Factory Calibre software as an inventory of all the equipment and sensors it has and for calibration management. From the software, the following are managed:
• Internal calibrations
• External calibrations
• Sensor families
• Standards
• Annual calibration plan (viewed through PowerBi)
• Data entry in Excel templates associated with each family
• Automated issuance of internal calibration certificates”
